Following Terms are applicable to sellers
⦁ INVOICE: you have to generate tax invoice, Invoice must contains details like GST no. Invoice number, sellers name, quantity of products, price of product, GST on products, but it shall not contains Contact details like: phone number, mail id etc.
⦁ IN case of returns: sellers have to take back there products without any compensation.
⦁ Settlement : settlement will be done within 15 days of delivery of products After deducting commission & other Charges.
⦁ Commission: Mandapzone has charges 10% commission to all there products & other charges if applicable, sellers has to make sure that he could get amount after deducting there commission & charges (where applicable).
